The teenage years are filled with physiological, mental and emotional transitions. These changes sometimes leave youth exposed and vulnerable to behavioral and emotional challenges such as fear, depression, anxiety and trauma. COVID-19 and the “new normal” have only served to increase the effects of stress.

Many students turn to competitive athletics and physical activities, but that often isn’t enough. iSport helps teen find healthy balance as they grow. Kids are trying to navigate social media, stress, bullying, violence, sexuality and peer pressure. Our training combines counseling and mentoring for youth seeking to build mental strength, endurance and stamina. iSport brings together multiple resources from peer groups and one-on-one counseling to innovative wellness and mindfulness apps.
