Business development and strategy

Competitive passions: Kevin’s playbook has chapters in football, track and basketball. Now he spends his time game-planning to put teams in the position to succeed (but he still has a killer fitness regimen).

Kevin serves as the co-founder/chief business strategist for ABS Management Consulting, LLC.  In his role he develops training models and content delivery strategies and processes. Under his leadership iSPORT has created relevant and engaging live and virtual training content for business, government and community organizations.   
 
Respected as a serial entrepreneur and businessman, in 2012 he founded Pittsburgh-based Adaptive Behavioral Services, Inc. (ABS). In his role as CEO, he provides vision and leadership in developing ABS’ business model and growth. ABS is a one-stop provider of integrated treatment for people dealing with behavioral and emotional challenges. In 2019, Kevin founded Chicago-based Cognitive Focus Centers, Inc. (CFC), building upon ABS’s business model. CFC will begin operating in Chicago’s Southside community by year end 2021.  
 
A graduate of Duquesne University’s School of Business, he also holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.  Kevin has been involved with the start-up, launch and exit of several business ventures since 1993.  Kevin demonstrates his affinity for communal health and wellness by serving on a number of non-profit and advisory boards.
